There is no download needed again for update. 
Currently the server is being updated by Cuong, which is the owner of StonerMS.
So if it says the server is down then it is currently updating , he said since its a long update, it can take around 4 hours or so, please be patient and enjoy the new updates which i will post a video of it.
This is as of today and right now , doesn't go for other updates or i will post a new topic of future updates and also i will post the new updates that have been added.
